Shipping is non-refundable at this time.

NuatiUpholstery.com orders are shipped within the United States only. Once your order is placed, in stock cushions will ship within 3 days and semi-custom cushions will ship within 5 days. After your order is completed, you will be emailed a tracking number, and you should receive your order within 2-5 days depending on your location in the US.

We are based and ship out of Florida and do our best to ensure timely deliveries, please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to major holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
